This notice explains how ITIFY ("we") handles personal data collected through theitify.com, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, company name, the solution you are interested in, and any notes you add. We do not collect payment details on this website.
Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo or consultation, and send you a quote. We do not sell your data.
Form submissions are delivered to us by our form provider (Web3Forms). We may store enquiries in our internal sales records and contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp.
For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, or until you ask us to delete it.
